Gérard Bertrand, the story of a family passion

A passion for wine and biodynamics

It was in 1975, in the vineyards of Château de Villemajou, in the heart of the Corbières, that Gérard Bertrand first picked grapes and discovered his passion for wine.

Gérard Bertrand pursues his quest to reveal the best terroirs of his region and promote them worldwide.

It was in this spirit that he took over the family business at Domaine de Villemajou after the accidental death of his father in 1987. Five years later, he created the Gérard Bertrand wine company to develop a range of wines from the South of France.
