Looks more like a white than a rosé

    Nose

Notes of crushed strawberry, sweet spices, very floral notes of violet and hawthorn

To be enjoyed at 12-13°C with hot and salty starters, fish, poultry and fresh cheeses

    Vinification

The different grape varieties are harvested manually and separately when the optimum maturity is reached for each. The grapes are destemmed, cooled to 8°C and sent to the press to extract the rosé must. The red grape varieties Grenache and Mourvèdre are delicately pressed, simultaneously with the white grape varieties Vermentino and Viognier (co-fermentation). The juices are then 100% filled into new barrels for fermentation and ageing.
