IGP Pays D'Oc
Crystal clear and bright
Intense nose revealing aromas of red berries.
Very fine bubbles are revealed on tasting, bringing a pleasant freshness and lightness to the palate with a beautiful fullness, where we find notes of red fruits.
Custody and service advice
Best served between 9 and 12°C, with tapas and dishes from the South of France such as octopus salad and spicy olives.
Gentle and progressive pressing preserves the quality of the berries. Only the first juices are selected to elaborate this cuvée. Once fermentation is over, the wine is left to rest to avoid oxidation and to keep a maximum of endogenous carbon dioxide.
