Aromatic nose of white flowers that complements citrus notes.
Very fine bubbles are revealed on tasting, bringing a pleasant freshness to the palate, balanced, all in finesse, with notes of white flesh fruits and citrus fruits.
Custody and service advice
To consume between 9 and 12°C, with tapas and dishes from the South of France such as escalivades, fish a la plancha. On international dishes, ideal association with sushi.
Gentle and progressive pressing preserves the quality of the berries. Only the first juices are selected to elaborate this cuvée. Once fermentation is over, the wine is left to rest to avoid oxidation and to keep a maximum of endogenous carbon dioxide.
