The name of the estate pays tribute to the many eagles that fly over the vineyard. Located near Limoux, in the Upper Aude Valley, the vineyard is among the highest in the Languedoc Roussillon (500m). The proximity of the snow-covered peaks of the Pyrenees brings climatic influences from the mountains at night that temper the sunshine and the Mediterranean heat of the day. The estate is cultivated in biodynamic agriculture certified Demeter since the 2018 vintage.
