Gérard Bertrand's Rosé Wines

Vin Rosé Clos du temple

Mediterranean Elegance:
Gérard Bertrand's Rosé Wines

It is the promise of summer sun. A southern wine par excellence, the rosé wine accompanies our island days, feet in the sand, on a terrace or by the pool. Fresh, floral and mineral, it celebrates the Mediterranean art of living , with nuances and subtlety. Grenache , Cinsault , Mourvèdre , Syrah … the grape varieties selected for our rosé wines each offer, in their own way, a personality specific to a terroir .

From the iconic Gris Blanc to the prestigious Clos du Temple and the sparkling Papilou , the organic rosé wines and biodynamic wines by Gérard Bertrand are available for all tastes and colours, from aperitifs to desserts, to fine dining. Each wine lover has their own great rosé wine for the summer months.

The company's legacy

L'héritage de l'entreprise Papilou

Gérard Bertrand, an iconic winemaker in the Languedoc region, inherited from his father Georges a deep love for vines and wine. A former rugby player turned winemaker, Gérard Bertrand combines tradition and innovation to create wines that embody the soul of our terroir.

Gérard Bertrand's rosé wines draw their essence from the diversity of these Languedoc terroirs . From clay-limestone soils to vines caressed by the Mediterranean sun, each bottle tells a unique story, enhanced by the influence of the climate and soil.

The quality of Gérard Bertrand's rosé wines also lies in the art of blending , a complex process where each grape variety brings its own personality to the final vintage. The resulting rosé wines are symphonies of flavors, with fruity, floral and spicy notes that awaken the senses.

The company's commitment

This eco-responsible approach is felt in every sip, offering a tasting experience that goes beyond the simple pleasure of the palate.

Gérard Bertrand's rosé wines capture the essence of Languedoc. Through family heritage, diverse terroirs, blending expertise and commitment to sustainability, each bottle tells a story, invites you on a sensory journey and embodies a passion for wine. Tasting a Gérard Bertrand rosé wine means immersing yourself in the art of living in the South of France .
