The year 1650 marks the peak of the maritime wine trade initiated by the Greeks who, since antiquity, made the port of Narbonne, protected by the island of the Clape massif, a high place of vine cultivation.

Vinification et élevage
Slow maturation and late harvests, at the end September to mid October, are the secrets to obtaining grapes ripe, healthy and concentrated.
