Vinification et élevage
Harvesting takes place early in the morning, when the temperature is highest. low, in order to preserve the integrity of the aromas. The grapes are quickly transported to the cellar and the juice is immediately extracted by delicate pneumatic pressing. After a cold settling, fermentation starts and the temperatures are regulated between 14 and 17°C. After a fermentation of about 15 days, the wine is racked and aged.
Note de dégustation
The straw yellow dress is bright. On the nose, it reveals an intense bouquet of notes of nectarine, acacia, walnut coconut and hazelnuts. The mouth, round and ample, offers beautiful exotic flavors and a long finish mineral.
