Fruity, light, tangy or floral, rosé wine is a wine with multiple flavors that is increasingly popular in France, especially during the summer season.
Easy to taste and particularly refreshing , it is therefore not surprising to see it so often served on a terrace, on the edge of the beach, a swimming pool or during a barbecue with friends.

The ultimate summer drink, rosés are among the wines that are served chilled !
Indeed, its serving temperature is between 8 and 14 degrees depending on the rosé wine tasted. The Gris Blanc Gérard Bertrand cuvée , a light rosé with a very pale pink color, thus has an ideal serving temperature between 10 and 12°C.
You should therefore remember to leave it in the refrigerator for a few hours, or a few dozen minutes in the freezer if you are pressed for time!
Rosé wine can also be served with ice cubes, but be careful, adding ice cubes to your glass will dilute its properties, taste and flavors. But after all, it's just a matter of taste and preference!
Rosé is not meant to be kept, so it is best to drink it quickly after purchase, and for up to two years at the most in order to preserve all its flavors and aromas.
Finally, rosé does not need to be decanted or aerated: you open it, you taste it!
One of the advantages of rosé wine, and its main strength, is that it can easily be adapted to all types of dishes and accompaniments.
A glass of rosé can be drunk as an aperitif or throughout a meal.
A direct result of its origins in the south of France, rosé wine goes particularly well with Mediterranean cuisine , whether it be tapas, dishes based on fresh vegetables, fish and olive oil.
This is particularly the case with the Hampton Water vintage , a mineral and intense rosé wine, the fruit of the collaboration between the artist Jon Bon Jovi, his son Jesse Bongiovi and the winemaker/entrepreneur Gérard Bertrand.
Rosé will also pair very well with typical dishes such as ratatouille, bouillabaisse, tabbouleh, mixed salads, carpaccios, and of course during a barbecue to accompany grilled white or red meats, fish or shellfish.
Rosé wine can also be served with spicy dishes from world cuisine.
On cheese, it will go wonderfully with fresh cheeses, goat or sheep, but also with soft cheeses.
Finally, thanks to its roundness, freshness and minerality , rosé wine can accompany summer desserts such as fruit salads, ice creams & sorbets, fruit tarts, granitas and other frozen smoothies!
