Description du vin
- Located in the Corbières, the Domaine de Villemajou holds a special place for Gérard Bertrand.
- This family property was purchased in 1970 by his father, Georges Bertrand.
- The exceptional soil allows deep rooting, protecting the vineyard from Mediterranean climatic excesses (water stress, violent storms).
- The estate has been cultivated using organic (AB) and biodynamic farming, Demeter certified, since the 2019 vintage.

Vinification et élevage
The grapes are harvested at night or early in the morning, then sorted manually. They are gently pressed upon arrival at the cellar. The temperature, at the start of fermentation, is self-regulated around 18-20 degrees. The rosé is put into barrels halfway through fermentation for aging for 6 months approximately. Stirring is carried out regularly to provide smoothness and structure to the wine.
Note de dégustation
The dress is deep and brilliant. The nose, intense and subtle, is dominated by aromas of red fruits accompanied by floral notes delicate. On the palate, this rosé surprises pleasantly by its balanced opulence and its aromatic freshness. This vintage reveals that rosés can fully express the complexity and the originality of a terroir, and honor it with dignity the gastronomy of the different regions of France.
