Description du vin
This Cote des Roses vintage celebrates the Mediterranean Art of Living. The soil, very varied, is mainly made up of hard limestone from the scrubland, schist soils but also gravel brought by the rivers and streams of Languedoc. The climate, hot and windy ("semi-arid Mediterranean climate with mild winter variation") favors the maturation of the grapes and their good health, while maintaining freshness thanks to the altitude and the effect of the sea, which mitigates the high summer temperatures. Its bottle is unique with a rose-shaped base, created by a young designer from the Boulle School. It is a wine that is offered like a bouquet of Roses!

Vinification et élevage
The different grape varieties are harvested separately with the aim of reaching maturity optimum for everyone. The vinifications are in fact regulated in such a way as to respect the specific characteristics of the grape varieties and the capacities of the terroirs. The grapes are destemmed, cooled to 8°C and sent to the press to extract the pink must. Particular attention is paid to pressing so as to preserve only than the first juices of the highest quality. The juices are then clarified more or less depending on the desired aromatic profile. Fermentations last between 15 and more than 30 days depending on the degree of clarification and the temperature applied. The particularity of these winemakings lies in the attention paid to the color and the aromatic purity of wines. Finally, after a light fining, bottling takes place quite early in order to preserve the fresh and fruity character of the wines.
