The vines are mainly located in the Tautavel region, within the vineyards of the South of France, ideally located in Roussillon between the Pyrenees and the Mediterranean.

Grenache expresses itself fully thanks to the exceptional climate: low rainfall and optimum sunshine.

Gris Blanc comes from the best vineyards in the South of France and is recognizable by its beautiful pale pink color and its freshness in the mouth, revealing fruity and floral notes. Our Gris Blanc is perfect to accompany your meals with friends or family, but it can also be enjoyed alone, as an aperitif. You will be able to enjoy its delicate aromas on any occasion.

The grapes are harvested by hand and pressed directly. All manipulations are carried out under gas protection. carbonic acid in order to preserve the delicate aromas of the Grenache, until start of fermentation carried out at low temperature (15 to 18°C). The wine is aged on its fine lees for several weeks before being bottled.

A rosé with an original profile, a very pink color pale, with shades of gray and white. On the nose very tasty aromas of small fruits mingle red. On the palate, a slight sparkle gives the wine all its freshness and exalts the fruit. Elegant, the finish is develops on a fresh and mineral note.

Keep away from sunlight and at a constant temperature

To be enjoyed at 10-12°C as an aperitif, on shellfish and crustaceans, salads Mediterranean, Asian dishes, baked fish and spicy dishes and tasty such as Thai curry, tagines.
