Orders and Payment
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking link allowing you to track your package in real time.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express, as well as PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All transactions are completely secure.
We also accept payment by check and bank transfer, however the order will only be prepared upon confirmation of receipt of payment by our accounting department.
Once your order has been shipped, your invoice will be sent to the email address you used to place the order. You can also contact us at contact@gerard-bertrand.com for any additional information.
Subscriptions and Benefits
Earn points with every purchase and redeem them for discounts or exclusive experiences. Joining the Club is free by creating an account on our website .

Yes, by choosing the delivery address of the person to whom you want to offer the subscription.

Gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
Delivery
Although all orders are shipped within 24 hours, it can take up to 48 hours in some cases.
We then offer different delivery methods:
- Delivery to a collection point takes between 2 and 5 working days from the time of dispatch.
- Standard delivery takes between 2 and 3 business days from the time of dispatch.
- Express delivery takes between 24 and 48 hours from the time of dispatch.
- Pallet delivery takes between 4 and 5 working days from the time of dispatch.
Delivery costs depend on the delivery address, the number of bottles and the delivery option (mondial relay, express, standard, 24h, on pallet, etc.) and the price is calculated at the time of validation of the basket.
Standard delivery is free in France for orders over €125 and in other countries for orders over €300.
We deliver to France, Guadeloupe, and most European countries. Check your delivery options at checkout.

Wine tourism
The Château l'Hospitalet tasting shop is open daily from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. (until 8 p.m. in summer). Our other wineries are not staffed to welcome the public.
