Description of the wine

Le Chouchou meets new consumer trends: a soft, light and fresh red wine. It is the ideal alternative that breaks the codes of red wine consumption: a low alcohol content, a tasting temperature as fresh as its aromas, and notes radiating in the mouth that recall a basket of fresh fruit. The grapes of this gourmet cuvée come from the high-altitude terroirs of the Cévennes where the vineyards create exceptional landscapes. Le Chouchou is the ideal companion for all your convivial moments.

To be enjoyed very fresh, on tapas, as an aperitif, ideal as an accompaniment to Italian cuisine or a platter of cold meats.

Vinification and aging

Harvested in the early morning at low temperatures Grapes are vatting in thermo-regulated stainless steel vats Maceration for 3 to 5 days then devatting and end of fermentation at 20°C. As soon as malolactic fermentation is finished, the wine is clarified for 3 months of aging in vats.

Tasting note

This vintage seduces with its tenderness and silky texture. The color is ruby with beautiful reflections. The nose reveals subtle aromas of ripe red fruits and floral notes on the nose. On the palate, the flavors of strawberries and cherries combine with a touch of syrah spices, with soft and well-integrated tannins.

What are the delivery times and costs?

Although all orders are shipped within 24 hours, it can take up to 48 hours in some cases.
We then offer different delivery methods:

Delivery to a collection point takes between 2 and 5 working days from the time of dispatch.
Standard delivery takes between 2 and 3 business days from the time of dispatch.
Express delivery takes between 24 and 48 hours from the time of dispatch.
Pallet delivery takes between 4 and 5 working days from the time of dispatch.

Delivery costs depend on the delivery address, the number of bottles and the delivery option (mondial relay, express, standard, 24h, on pallet, etc.) and the price is calculated at the time of validation of the basket.
Standard delivery is free in France for orders over €125 and in other countries for orders over €300.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express, as well as PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All transactions are completely secure.

We also accept payment by check and bank transfer, however the order will only be prepared upon confirmation of receipt of payment by our accounting department.
