Solar 6 is a wine from organic farming certified "AB" and "Bee Friendly", a label that aims to protect bees and pollinators. In an alarming context of increasing disappearance of pollinators, beekeepers have initiated the creation of the European label "Bee Friendly" in order to identify agricultural practices that respect the preservation of bees. The name of this range of wines, round and fruity, Solar 6, pays homage to the sunny terroirs of the South of France where these wines are produced. It also evokes the first reconnaissance flight of bees, the "firework sun", and the symbolic number of these pollinators, 6.

The Solar 6 plots benefit from beautiful sunshine and a terroir made of rolled pebbles which gives the grapes a wide aromatic palette. A Once the grapes have been destemmed, they are placed in vats for pre-maceration. cold fermented for 24 hours, before giving way to a traditional thermo-regulated maceration at 24°C.

Round and fruity, this Syrah vintage celebrates the sunny terroirs of the South of France and offers intense notes of subtly spicy red fruits. The dress is a deep red, particularly concentrated. A powerful nose with fruity notes ripe, sweet spices and cinnamon. A round and supple attack, a full heart on the palate and concentrated on very ripe fruits, with tannins silky, which makes it a warm wine.
