Solar 6 is a wine from organic farming certified "AB" and "Bee Friendly", a label that aims to protect bees and pollinators. In an alarming context of increasing disappearance of pollinators, beekeepers have initiated the creation of the European label "Bee Friendly" in order to identify agricultural practices that respect the preservation of bees. The name of this range of wines, round and fruity, Solar 6, pays homage to the sunny terroirs of the South of France where these wines are produced. It also evokes the first reconnaissance flight of bees, the "firework sun", and the symbolic number of these pollinators, 6.

The Solar 6 plots benefit from beautiful sunshine and a terroir made from rolled pebbles which give the grapes a wide palette aromatic. After sorting the harvest and before pressing, the grapes are lightly macerated during the pre-fermentation phase, before to be placed on fine lees in the post-fermentation phase, and to be put in thermo-regulated tanks

Fresh and fruity, this vintage of Grenache rosé celebrates the sunny terroirs of the South of France, offering intense floral notes and aromas red fruit lovers. Featuring a light color with garnet highlights, this Grenache rosé has a charming nose with aromas of red fruits (blackcurrant, strawberry) with a beautiful freshness. The ample, round and suave mouth offers an attack soft on the palate. Solar 6 Grenache is a rosé characteristic of coasts on stony and hot soils.
