The grapes, harvested manually, are pressed immediately after harvest. After cold static settling, the must is vinified in stainless steel vats in order to preserve the varietal aromas and the freshness of the product. Temperature control allows for preserve the freshness and integrity of the aromas.

The dress is a beautiful deep yellow color. or, lively and clear. The complex and floral nose reveals floral scents, complemented by buttery and fresh fruit notes. The palate, perfectly balanced and quite powerful, remains smooth and creamy with flavors of yellow and exotic fruits, accompanied by honeyed and vanilla notes. The finish evolves towards a nice liveliness, with a good length in mouth.

Keep away from sunlight and at a constant temperature

To be enjoyed at 12°C with shellfish, scallops, grilled fish or in sauce, such as a sea bass or a grilled sea bass lemon butter, or even meats white.
