Description of the wine

Prima Nature is a range of organic wines without added sulfites that offers particularly pure, generous and gourmet aromas. Each vintage, whose composition is reduced to the essentials, expresses the character and taste of the fruit and the terroir. This wine is born from the know-how of Gérard Bertrand and his oenologists, who have unique expertise in sulfite-free winemaking. The wines are grown according to organic standards, which requires high quality grapes. Prima Nature is also a vegan range for consumers concerned about respecting animals. Intense and fruity, Prima Nature will provide you with a unique experience of the grape variety while respecting the environment.

To be consumed at 12°C as an aperitif, with pasta with pesto and risotto with green vegetables.

Vinification and aging

The work begins in the vineyard with a precise and meticulous selection of the plots most suited to producing this type of wine (90% of the final result comes from this precision work): the health status must be perfect, the foliage must be healthy, fresh and dense, the grapes must have an optimal level of maturity. Indeed, the harvest window is very short as the acid/sugar balance is essential for this category of wine. The vinification is very complex because we do not use sulfur or oenological inputs. The grapes are immediately pressed and cold-settling in order to promote a natural stabilization of the oxidizable compounds of the musts by precipitation. Then the alcoholic fermentation is rapid and takes place in a neutralized atmosphere. The fermentation temperatures are regulated at 18°C. The wine is clarified by racking before malolactic fermentation and is then racked again and stored in the cold. Bottling takes place quite early in the year to preserve the aromatic expression. The aging is done in bottles.

Tasting note

The dress is luminous with golden highlights. On the nose, we discover delicate notes of citrus and of white flowers. Round and harmonious, this Chardonnay offers delicious aromas of vanilla and gingerbread with a very nice balance.

What are the delivery times and costs?

Although all orders are shipped within 24 hours, it can take up to 48 hours in some cases.
We then offer different delivery methods:

Delivery to a collection point takes between 2 and 5 working days from the time of dispatch.
Standard delivery takes between 2 and 3 business days from the time of dispatch.
Express delivery takes between 24 and 48 hours from the time of dispatch.
Pallet delivery takes between 4 and 5 working days from the time of dispatch.

Delivery costs depend on the delivery address, the number of bottles and the delivery option (mondial relay, express, standard, 24h, on pallet, etc.) and the price is calculated at the time of validation of the basket.
Standard delivery is free in France for orders over €125 and in other countries for orders over €300.

What payment methods do you accept?

We also accept payment by check and bank transfer, however the order will only be prepared upon confirmation of receipt of payment by our accounting department.
