    Dress

Ruby, blackcurrant and black fruits with a hint of chocolate and mocha

    Nose

Fairly concentrated with powerful, well-integrated tannins

    Mouth

Nice coolness at the end. Tasty, complex with notes of barrel ageing very well integrated, concentrated and long.

    Custody and service advice

To pour at 16°C with grilled meat or meat in sauce, it also goes perfectly with the regional speciality: cassoulet.

    Vinification

The harvest is manual with a sorting carried out at the plot and then at the winery. The grapes are destemmed and then vatted to be vinified in traditional maceration. The vatting time is around twenty days with precise temperature control. Each grape variety and each plot is vinified separately in order to keep the potential of each terroir integrated before blending. After malolactic fermentation in vats, the wines are blended to be aged in barrels for a period of 12 months.
