Le Viala 2003
AOP Minervois La Livinière
- Landscape shaped by dry stone walls
- The Latin Way
- In front of the bell tower of La Livinière
- On a mosaic of terroirs
- Perfect combination of Syrah, Grenache and Carignan
Beautiful deep garnet
Voluptuous wine of the great moments of life, Le Viala offers a bouquet with garlands of roasted spices, plum and rosemary.
The attack would warm an icy core. Its cheerful tannins support a fruit of kirsch and rum caramel. The finish brings more than its share of gifts and joy: plum cream, blueberry cake, chocolate fondant.
Custody and service advice
To be enjoyed at 18°C, with grilled red meats, game or ripened cheeses
After seeing the plot in summer, Gérard Bertrand tasted the juices when blended and decided to isolate it for its complete, bewitching and opulent character, all in generosity. Each grape variety brings its personality to a zenith of excellence that culminates in a perfect blend of the power of Grenache, the freshness of Carignan and the roundness of Syrah.
